An important note to all guests planning to attend the Daniel-Ryan Spaulding performances on March 12 and 13: we are selling 150 tickets for each performance via our online box office, right HERE.

All guests who purchase tickets from this online contingent are guaranteed seats on chairs and we will sell an additional 20 – 30 seats on cushions on the floor at the door.

We heavily encourage all guests to secure their tickets now.

We have been participating in the TUSCH program – TUSCH stands for Theater und Schule – since 2002 and within that time frame developed and devised productions and projects with seven different schools.

Since 2016 our partner school is the CARL-BOSCH-SCHULE in Hersmdorf. For this year´s TUSCH festival drama educator Minna Partanen, her team and a number of students from the school created a new show called SHAPE UP! to be performed at Podewil on Friday March 15th at 1pm

Following it’s completely sold-out six-performance run, The Land of Milk(y) and Honey? was featured on a report about Jewish life in Berlin broadcast internationally by the joint Austrian/German/Swiss broadcaster 3sat!
