For the last three years, Berlin has seen an explosion in English-language comedy. With regular open mics and showcases and springing up all over town in various bars, cafés and art spaces, dozens of Berlin-based comedians from around the world (including Germany!) are finding their voices and sharing their lives in hilarious detail.

According to the Comedy Central Insider, “John F. O’Donnell is one of the more explosive comics in New York City. On stage, he’s like a tightly capped liter of soda filled with lit fireworks.” John has been featured in the New York Times and the LA Times, as well as being one of Comedy Central’s Fresh Faces of Comedy. He has performed at a number of comedy festivals around the country and beyond, including The Bridgetown Comedy Festival, The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, The New York Comedy Festival, The San Francisco Comedy Festival, and The New Orleans Hell Yes Festival. He’s been a favorite guest on the popular podcasts Keith and The Girl, You Made It Weird w/ Pete Holmes, You Had To Be There w/ Nikki & Sara, and Skeptic Tank w/ Ari Shaffir.
